Comments: The cleaning began with two ladies, Veronica and Angie, who arrived at 8:30 a.m. I gave them a tour of my home and they got right down to work, not stopping for about four hours. I offered them refreshments, but they wanted to finish the upstairs first. I had contracted to have all the windows cleaned, but did not realize that the two Palladium windows would also be cleaned, but out came the ten-foot ladder and Veronica tackled those! I was mightily impressed. Shortly after 12:30 pm, two more ladies, Jennifer and Ramona, showed up to help; and they, too, got right down to business. Even though I had told the ladies that I didn't expect them to clean in places where they had to do a lot of moving items from cluttered surfaces, Ramona told me that it was part of the job. She really epitomizes the "sing while you work" characteristic. One of the ladies had to leave around 2:30 pm, but the remaining three continued to clean and finished up around 4 pm. I felt very comfortable with the ladies working in my home, and I will be using Class A Cleaning on a regular basis.
Comments: They were very responsive. They are very prompt. They are consistent. They are good at calling for confirmation of the cleaning. The cleaning has been very good. We have been satisfied with them. I will continue to use them.
Comments: The ladies were prompt and arrived ready to work. The walls and woodwork actually shined when they were through. They worked thoroughly and in a timely manner. They were pleasantly accommodating as we finished up the last little move out details. The rental agent was amazed at the quality of their work the best she has ever seen.
